GROUND GAME LEADERSHIP
Ground Game Leadership is a private executive protocol that uses Jiu-Jitsu to test and rebuild your decision-making under physical stress.

The Founder's Mat: 1:1 Executive Coaching
Ground Game Leadership is a completely private, high-discretion training protocol for top-level decision-makers.You cannot fake composure on the mat. Test your nervous system, regulate your physiology, and train the physical reality of crisis leadership. No martial arts experience required.

Isolate Constraints
We identify and target your specific leadership bottlenecks, such as the urge to over-control, freezing under pressure, or spatial collapse during critical moments.

Stress-test Reality
Engage in bespoke physical scenarios designed specifically for top-level decision-makers to safely pressure-test and rebuild your physiological and mental responses.

Command the Room
Experience 1:1 executive coaching in a completely private, high-discretion environment tailored to give you the clarity and control you need at the top.
How is Ground Game Leadership training different?
Real leadership happens under pressure, and pressure cannot be simulated with role-play exercises.
It needs to be experienced.
Ground Game Leadership is a different kind of executive development program.
We use the physical mechanics of Jiu-Jitsu as a laboratory for your nervous system, testing control, leverage, and intelligent decision-making under stress. Not fitness. Not navel-gazing.I train executives for fully embodied crisis management.

Most leadership training happens in comfort zones.
Mine doesn't.
How does Ground Game Leadership translate to real-world business scenarios?
| What happens on the mat | What it trains for business |
|---|---|
| Opponent deviates from plan | Adapting when the situation shifts unexpectedly |
| Acting from a bad position | Crisis leadership with limited resources |
| Releasing control = technical superiority | Delegation and building trust |
| Accepting the tap | Failure as data, not identity |
| Reading an opponent's weight distribution | Anticipating decisions before they're made |
| Staying calm when under attack | Emotional regulation under maximum pressure |
About me: Philosophy, Martial Arts and Leadership
Dr. Martino Sacchi holds a PhD in Philosophy and has spent over a decade coaching elite MMA and submission grappling athletes. He is the Head Coach of the Grappling division at Sayyato MMA Performance Gym in Berlin. The intersection of philosophical thinking and physical performance is not a metaphor, it's a daily reality. The academic rigor of philosophy directly shapes how I stress-test executives on the mat, exposing the gap between cognitive self-image and actual physical response.
